Refund policy

    Key Return Policy:

• Return Window: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• How to Start: To initiate a return, you must contact the company first at eldayraco@gmail.com.

• Damages/Issues: Inspect your order immediately. If an item is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact them right away.

• Exchanges: The fastest method is to return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

• EU Customers: If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel/return for any reason.

• Refunds:

  • You will be notified once the return is received and inspected.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
