Changes/Discontinuation: Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. EL Dayra can also discontinue any product.
Order Acceptance: Placing an order is an offer to purchase; it is not accepted until EL Dayra confirms it and processes your payment.
Resale Prohibited: Purchases are for your personal or household use only, not for commercial resale or export.

Prices: Prices are subject to change, and the price charged will be the one in effect when the order is placed. Posted prices generally do not include taxes, shipping, or customs charges.
Shipping Risk: All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you (the customer).

Sales are with EL Dayra: Sales and purchases are made directly with EL Dayra, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales, injuries, or losses resulting from purchased products.

Governing Law: The Terms are governed by the laws and courts in the jurisdiction where EL Dayra is headquartered.
Changes: EL Dayra reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
