EL Dayra Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with EL Dayra! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

 

1. Processing Time

 

  • All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

 

2. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [INSERT NUMBER] hours.

 

3. Domestic and International Shipping

 

  • Domestic: We ship to addresses within Egypt.

4. Risk of Loss & Shipping Liability

 

As detailed in our Terms of Service (Section 5), once we transfer the product(s) to the carrier (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.), title and risk of loss pass to you (the customer).

  • We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control (weather, political disruptions, etc.).

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

 

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

 

  • You are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided is correct, current, and complete.

  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.

 

6. Damages

 

  • Please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to handle defective or damaged items received.

  • You must inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at eldayraco@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
